Community Farm Connection (CFC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reestablishing the connection between those of us who eat food and the local farmers who grow it. We support our farmers and your desire for fresh, local food by operating ever-improving local outlets for their products.

As a non-profit, primary funding for our growth comes from grants, which are mostly designed to support specific projects, and are seldom renewable. As we target an ever-expanding role in our burgeoning local food movement, it is becoming clear that we need a higher level of local support. In recent years, CFC has received significant donations, from supporting funds, to free or reduced overhead expenses, freely given equipment and hours upon hours of volunteer time. But to be sustainable, more needs to be done.
